Lesson Two - Rollback

First, learn this movement as shown in the video. Then do the movement three times on the right followed by three times on the left and repeat it to all four corners of the compass by ending with a whole body embrace as shown in the video moving to the left each time -- North, West, South, East, and back to North.

Make sure to relax all the muscles. Think of your muscles as wax on a candle that are melting off the body. Only use enough force to keep the position of the body.

Second, practice the same circle of movements doing the ward off on both the left and right followed by the rollback on both the left and right.
