The Regeneration of Health is becoming a child again, supple and flowing.
Moving the lymph daily will encourage the immune response to keep up with any external or internal attacks. Regeneration of the body for health also requires a healthy movement of the lymph or an exchange of material. One way to prepare the body for better health is flushing the lymph. It takes about ten minutes of movement to completely flush the lymph with a swinging exercise.
One may rock in a rocking chair, swing on a swing, perform swinging, or use a mini-trampoline to move lymph. This is not exercise and requires a soft movement. Tai Chi is the perfect exercise for forming a trampoline effect with the ground. The swinging exercise presented here is the most efficient way of flushing the lymph from the entire body.
Lymph nodes open and close with a change in atmospheric pressure or reverse in direction. On a trampoline, for example, one must keep the feet on the trampoline while moving up and down. Each gentle change in direction will pop open the lymph valves and move lymph.
