Welcome to the Movement Within Regenerative Healthcare Website
The Regeneration of Health is becoming a child again, supple and flowing.
Good joint health requires good lubrication of the joint. A good exchange of synovial fluid to the joints ensures that it has nutrition and is able to remove waste. The following joint warm up handout and video helps accomplish this task.
It is important to always warm up the joints before any activity that puts a load on our joints. This activity encourages our joints to express fluid daily and a wonderful exchange of waste for nutrition. The body starts a mighty good habit of lubrication before heavy movement.
WASTE => OUT
NUTRITION => IN
Joints are subject to calcium deposits especially when threatened by internal or external forces. Drinking soda drinks leech calcium twice. The carbonated water tickles the stomach lining causing the body to bring in calcium to the stomach's rescue. The phosphoric acid causes the intestines to bring in calcium to help protect the intestinal lining. These calcium rescues by the body cause an imbalance and build up of calcium in our joints. It can also cause our body to be deficient of calcium by robbing calcium from all the bone marrow. For that reason, be careful how many carbonated or phosphoric acid drinks you consume. And remember, for recovery it has been discovered that D3 and K2 balance out the calcium in the body (The Calcium Conundrum).
Remember all these steps build on each other ... walking effortlessly, boosting the immune system, moving energy, and warming up the joints. Do them daily.
