Tai Chi in China is known as their Medicare system. It is a system that keeps their elderly healthy. All the health benefits of Tai Chi come from doing it daily for ten minutes. Ten minutes of Tai Chi exercise will flush the lymph and is equivalent to twenty minutes of cardio workout. The deep breathing and slow movement will relax both the mind and body. It increases range of motion without stretching or hyper-extension.
Many health enthusiasts talk about the need to work up a good sweat daily since thirty percent of our waste comes through our skin. Tai Chi also produces a good sweat and even doubles the amount of cardio effect. The cardio effect is important to good health.
Since Tai Chi takes some time to learn, this quick workout created by Dr Zach Bush teaches a quick workout that is simple and easy to learn. It is one of many cardio exercises that will increase nitric oxide.
Dr Zach Bush teaches a form of exercise that uses 16 major muscles in the body to force the body to create nitric oxide in 4 minutes. This four minute workout is equivalent to about 2 hours of working out. The nitric oxide boost will last 2 hours. It can be repeated several times a day to help increase metabolism for losing weight.
